摘要
目的探讨埃克替尼靶向治疗对老年非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能及血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法选择80例本院老年非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予GP化疗,观察组加用盐酸埃克替尼片进行靶向治疗。比较2组T淋巴细胞亚群水平及血清肿瘤标志物水平的变化。结果治疗后,2组患者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平相较于治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05),CD8+水平相较于治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组比对照组变化趋势更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组肿瘤标志物水平相较于治疗前均显著升高,观察组则显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组肿瘤标志物水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论埃克替尼靶向治疗非小细胞肺癌可显著改善患者免疫功能并降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of icotinib targeted therapy on the immune function and serum tumor markers in elderly patients with non small cell lung cancer. Methods Eighty elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 40 cases in each group. The control group received GP chemotherapy,and the observation group received GP chemotherapy with Icotinib Hydrochloride Tablets for targeted therapy. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets and serum tumor markers in two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+of the two groups increased significantly compared with that before treatment( P〈0. 05); the CD8+level decreased significantly than that before treatment( P〈0. 05); and the changes in the observation group were more significant compared with the control group,with the differences above statistically significant( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the levels of tumor markers in the control group significantly increased compared with that before treatment( P〈0. 05); while decreased significantly in the observation group compared with that before treatment( P〈0. 05). The levels of tumor markers of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with the differences above statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Icotinib targeted treatment for non small cell lung cancer can significantly improve the immune function of patients and decrease the levels of serum tumor markers. It is worthy of promotion.
