曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病心功能不全患者的临床观察

Clinical observation of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary artery disease and cardiac insufficiency

目的对曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病心功能不全患者的疗效与安全性进行临床分析。方法 120例患者随机分为2组,观察组60例采取冠心病心功能不全的常规治疗方案基础上服用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀;对照组60例采取常规治疗方案,治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月复诊,比较2组患者血脂与心功能情况。结果 2组患者治疗后左心室射血分数均显著高于治疗前,观察组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)水平均低于治疗前;观察组患者治疗后VEDD、LVESD水平显著低于对照组;观察组患者治疗后较治疗前血甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平显著降低,高密度脂蛋白水平显著升高,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病心功能不全患者疗效明确,可显著改善患者心肌功能与血脂水平,并且安全性高,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To clinically analyze the efficacy and safety of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin on cardiac function in elderly patients with coronary artery disease and cardiac insufficiency. Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in the observation group take routine treatment of coronary artery disease and cardiac insufficiency on the use of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin,and 60 cases in the control group took routine treatment with rehabilitation at 3 month and 6 month,12 month after treatment,and to compare the patient＇ s blood lipids and heart function.Results Left ventricular＇s ejection fraction in the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment.The left ventricular end-diastolic dimension（ LVEDD） and left ventricular end-systolic diameter（ LVESD） were lower in the observation group than that before treatment; the levels of LVESD and LVEDD were significantly lower than that of the control group; after treatment,the patients in the observation group had significantly lower levels of triglyceride,cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein than that before treatment,and the levels of high-density lipoprotein increased significantly,with the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin on cardiac function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease is clear,which can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with high safety,and it was worthy of clinical application.
