台州市新增RhD阴性血型无偿献血者的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of new RhD negative blood donors in Taizhou

目的了解台州市新增Rh D阴性血型无偿献血者的血型分布和表型分型情况,增加Rh D阴性血型库的储备。方法对2013年1月-2016年12月台州市初次参加无偿献血的献血者初筛Rh D为阴性的样本,在本站血型参比室用间接抗球法确认,用盐水法进行抗原测定,用凝聚胺法筛查抗体。结果 2013年1月-2016年12月初次无偿献血人群中有421例确认为Rh D阴性血型献血者,在ABO血型中的分布特征为O型>A型>B型>AB型,与同为南方的宁波、重庆的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与北方的沧州、郑州的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。表型分布特征为ccdee>Ccdee>CCdee>ccd Ee>Ccd Ee>ccd EE。结论初次无偿献血确认Rh D阴性的人群补充到已有的Rh D阴性血库,充分提供Rh血型抗原表型相配合的血液,避免溶血性输血反应的发生。

Objective To understand the blood type distribution and phenotypic classification of new Rh D negative blood donors in Taizhou,and increase the reserve of Rh D negative blood type library. Methods The sample of negative initial screening Rh D for first-time donors was collected from January 2013 to December 2016 in Taizhou. The indirect anti-ball method was used to confirm the blood type reference chamber in this station,the antigens were determined by brine,and antibodies were screened by agglomeration. Results A total of 421 cases were confirmed as Rh D negative blood donors. The distribution of the ABO blood type was O〉A〉B〉AB. There is no statistical significance on the distribution difference compared with that in Ningbo and Chongqing（ P〉0. 05）; and the distribution difference with that in Cangzhou and Zhengzhou was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Phenotypic distribution features were ccdee〉Ccdee〉CCdee〉ccd Ee〉Ccd Ee〉ccd EE. Conclusion Additional confirmed Rh D negative groups were added to the existing Rh D negative blood bank,which can fully provide the blood of Rh type antigen phenotype and avoid the occurrence of hemolytic transfusion reaction.
