《四圣心源》“中土”理论在妇科病中的意义及延伸论述

清代著名御医黄元御十分重视"中土"思想,其所著《四圣心源》为其扛鼎之作。认为"中土"即脾胃,脾胃升降关系协调为人体正常发挥生理功能的基础。黄氏十分重视阳气,扶阳抑阴,基点在于"中土"脾胃之升降。《四圣心源》对妇女之经带胎产及杂病临证多从"阳衰土湿、水寒木郁"立论,在妇科疾病治疗方面很具有代表性意义。从黄元御顾护"中土"观点出发,从妇科疾病内科治疗方法和针灸治疗方法等方面佐证五行"中土"理论在妇科疾病中具有重要意义。

From the point of view of ＂Center-earth＂ of HUANG Yuanyu, this paper points out the significance of the five elements ＂Center-earth＂ theory in gynecological diseases from the aspects of medical treatment and acupuncture treatment of gynecological diseases.
