燥湿止痒方冷湿敷治疗急性湿疹疗效观察 被引量:5

Clinical observation on treatment of acute eczema by wet compress with Zaoshi Zhiyang decoction

摘要 目的通过随机、对照临床试验,对燥湿止痒方冷湿敷治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效进行客观评价。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予燥湿止痒方冷湿敷2次/d,口服氯雷他定10 mg,1次/d;对照组予3%硼酸溶液冷湿敷2次/d,口服氯雷他定10 mg 1次/d,疗程均为4周,主要观察指标为EASI评分和瘙痒程度(VAS)评分。结果治疗后,治疗组患者EASI和VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.67%、63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论燥湿止痒方冷湿敷治疗急性湿疹具有抗菌、消炎、燥湿、止痒的功效。 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of wet compress with Zaoshi Zhiyang decoction on treatment of acute eczema through randomized controlled trial. Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into the test group and control group, each group includes 30 cases. Patients in test group were treated with Zaoshi Zhiyang decoction compression twice a day and take Loratadine 10 mg once a day orally, while the control group were treated with Boric Acid compression twice a day and Loratadine 10 mg once a day, daily for 4 weeks. The main observation indexes were EASI and VAS. Results The EASI and VAS score of patients in test group were decreased significantly than the control group after treatment(P〈 0.05), and the difference between two groups was statistically significant. The total efficacy was 86.67% in test group and 63.33% in control group, which is statistically different(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of wet compress with Zaoshi Zhiyang decoction on treatment of acute eczema is assured, which has the efficacy of antibiotics, anti-inflammation, eliminating dampness and relieving itching.
