乌梢蛇鉴别技术研究

乌梢蛇,出自《本草纲目》,又名乌蛇,始载于《开宝本草》,主要在中国分布,国外未见报道。乌梢蛇作为的临床功效确切的中药材,其质量鉴别技术至关重要。全文就20年来鉴别技术的研究发展,从传统技术和现代鉴别技术2个方面阐述,主要包括性状、显微、色谱法、PCR技术以及电泳等鉴别方法。对近年来乌梢蛇基于PCR技术,开发一系列高效、准确的分子水平的鉴别方法及基于化学成分分析,高效毛细管电泳技术的应用进行了总结概述,为以后蛇类鉴别技术的发展以及研究奠定了基础,也为动物药的质量保证的提供参考。

For recent years, the black snake adopts PCR technology to develop a series of efficient and accurate molecular level identification methods and chemical composition analysis and the application of high-performance capillary electrophoresis technology is summarized. It laid the foundation for the development and research of snake identification technology and also provide reference for quality assurance of animal medicine.
