摘要
为探究用自冲铆接技术连接碳纤维复合材料与轻合金板材的可行性以及接头的静力学性能,选取碳纤维增强复合板(CFRP)与AA5052铝合金板(5052)进行自冲铆接试验,分析接头的成形质量,利用电液伺服材料试验机对接头进行拉伸-剪切试验,分析接头的失效形式、失效载荷以及能量吸收值。结果表明:用自冲铆接技术连接碳纤维增强复合板与铝合金板材时,应使用碳纤维材料作为上板;CFRP-5052自冲铆接头的失效形式均是上板材料纤维丝的断裂以及层间开裂,并且上板厚度越大,失效载荷以及能量吸收值越大。
In order to study the feasibility of using self-piercing riveting(SPR)technology to connect carbon fiber composites and light alloy sheets and the static performance of the joints,the specimens made of carbon fiber reinforced composite sheet(CFRP)and AA5052 aluminum alloy sheet(5052)were prepared by self-piercing riveting technology(SPR). The joint quality was evaluated,and then tensile shear tests were carried out with the electric servo-hydraulic material testing machine. The failure mode,bearing capacity,and energy absorption values were analyzed. The results show that carbon fiber reinforced composite sheet should be used as the upper sheet when using SPR to connect the carbon fiber reinforced composite sheet and aluminum alloy sheet. The failure modes of CFRP-5052 self-piercing riveted joints are the fracture of the filament and the delamination of the upper sheet material,and the greater the thickness of the upper sheet,the greater the failure load and the energy absorption value.
