摘要
先进纤维增强复合材料的研究开发与工程化应用一直是航空领域的一项重要工作。纤维增强复合材料具有低密度、高强高模以及优异的可设计性和耐疲劳等特点,使复合材料航空结构具有显著的应用优势。民用航空产业的发展,特别是新一代大型民用飞机的成功研制和商业运营,带动和促进纤维增强复合材料产业和相关技术的飞速发展。纤维增强复合材料在新一代大型客机上的成功应用,为未来商用飞机的研制确立新标杆。简要介绍纤维增强复合材料在大型民用飞机上的应用现状和目前面临的若干问题。
Research,development and engineering application of new materials have always been one important issue in the field of aviation. Advanced fiber-reinforced composite materials are thought to be ideal aviation structure materials,due to its outstanding characteristics such as light-weight,high strength,high modulus,excellent designability and fatigue durability. The development of aviation industry,especially the new generation of large commercial aircraft,strongly drives and promotes the development of the composite materials industry and technologies. Applications of advanced fiber-reinforced composites in large commercial aircraft establish new criteria for future commercial aircraft. The current application status of composites in large commercial aircraft and some problems facing at present are introduced.
