摘要
激光深熔焊过程中的匙孔效应和气孔形成过程及其机理是目前研究的热点和难点。结合作者前期的研究工作,从试验和数值模拟两方面系统地介绍有关激光深熔焊中匙孔动态行为以及小孔型气孔形成机制的研究成果,并对目前相关研究中存在的问题进行归类和分析。该研究对揭示激光束深熔焊过程中的匙孔效应和气孔形成过程及其机理、控制焊接质量具有重要的工程价值和理论意义。
The keyhole effect,the formation process and mechanism of porosities in laser deep penetration welding are research hotspots and difficult points at present. On the basis of our previous research work,recent advances in both experimental and numerical research for keyhole dynamics behavior and formation mechanism of porosities in process of laser deep penetration welding are presented in detail and the existing problems are classified and analyzed systematically. The study is of significance in theory and engineering for further research on keyhole behavior of laser deep penetration welding,formation process and mechanism of porosities and welding quality control.
