摘要 我国医疗卫生事业飞速发展，同时面临巨大挑战。随着人口老龄化、生活方式改变以及医疗卫生水平提高，我国疾病谱正快速转变，慢性非传染性疾病的发病率及死亡率居高不下。其中，心血管疾病成为我国居民死亡的首要原因，占城市居民总死亡原因的42．61％3，发病率及疾病复杂程度逐年增加，未来我国心血管病防治形势十分严峻。
