摘要
目的:研究山西地区移动医疗App在改善门诊/住院医疗服务质量的效果。方法:收集2016年1月至2017年12月,通过健康山西(原山西挂号)App进行预约诊疗服务信息,比较两年间山西地区移动医疗App使用人数、开通率变化情况,并从预约挂号、门诊缴费、检查报告、住院服务四个方面对本地区移动医疗App的使用情况进行评价。结果:山西地区二级以上医疗机构移动医疗App的使用人数呈现逐年上升的趋势,开通率由2016年的14.6%上升到2017年48.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),使用率由2016年的5.6%上升到2017年32.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推进区域化移动医疗App的实施,有助于缓解当前人们"排队长、看病难"的现状,对于提高医疗服务质量与效率、缓解医患矛盾有着积极的现实意义。
Objective: To study the effect of mobile medical App in Shanxi on improving the quality of outpatient service and inpatient service. Methods: Collected information of patients who had booked medical service through the Health Shanxi App(formerly Shanxi registration) between January 2016 and December 2017. To compare the number of mobile medical App users in Shanxi Province in two years and the change of the opening rate, and to evaluate the use of mobile medical App in Shanxi from four aspects: appointment registration, outpatient payment, examination reports and inpatient service. Results: The number of users of mobile medical App in hospitals of above secondary-level medical institutions in Shanxi Province showed an upward trend year by year. The opening-up rate increased from 14.6% in 2016 to 48.1% in 2017, with a significant difference(P〈0.05). The utilization rate increased from 5.6% in 2016 to 32.1% in 2017, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Promoting the implementation of regionalized mobile medical App will help to alleviate the current situation of "queuing for long-term and difficult access to medical services", which is of positive and practical significance for improving the quality and efficiency of medical services and alleviating the contradiction between doctors and patients.
