我国糖尿病管理App的应用现状、问题及建议

Application Status, Problems and Suggestions of Diabetes Management App in China

选取国内市场下载量较大的8种糖尿病管理App,并结合文献从主要功能、服务对象和范围、开发者背景和目的、收费模式方面对我国糖尿病管理App的应用现状进行总结分析。发现其存在功能设计不完善、服务提供与医疗体系脱节和缺乏稳定付费对象的问题。针对以上问题,提出了从用户需求出发,不断完善功能设计;各方合作,整合线上线下服务;借鉴外国经验,探索稳定、多样的收费模式和完善立法的建议,以期为我国糖尿病管理App的发展提供参考,推动其更好地服务于大众健康。

This article selects eight common diabetes management Apps with large downloads and makes extensive reference to literatures to summarize the current situation of application from the aspects of main functions, service objectives and scope, background and purposes of developers and charging mode. There are problems of incomplete functions, separation of service from the medical system and unstable payers. In view of the above problems, this article puts forward some suggestions of improving function design from users demands, integrating online and offline services and learning from foreign experiences to explore stable and diversified charging mode. The aim is to provide a reference for the development of the diabetes management Apps and promote its better service for public health.
