Practice and Experience about the Monitoring of Drug Occupation Ratio in Hospital

目的:利用信息技术方法和有效管理手段实现对医院药占比的有效监控。方法:通过引入临床路径系统规范诊疗行为,利用数据挖掘技术构建医疗决策支持系统,实行处方权的"驾照式"记分卡管理等组合办法,实现药占比的有效监管。结果:为医院业务管理部门有效地监控药占比及制定管理策略提供有力支撑。结论:"三管齐下"的方式实现药占比的有效监管,推动药品使用的规范化管理。

Objective： To achieve the monitoring of drug occupation ratio in a hospital using information technology and management effectively. Methods： The monitoring of drug occupation ratio has been monitored effectively by the combined method of introducing clinical pathway system to standard medical behavior, using the data mining technology to build medical decision support system, and implying the ＂driver＇s license＂ scorecard management. Results： The monitoring of drug occupation ratio and its management strategies are supported strongly for the hospital＇s business departments. Conclusion： The combined method about the monitoring of drug occupation ratio has been improved efficiently and has promoted the standardized use of drug.
