目的:构建信息化科室平台,满足广大人民群众的医疗信息需求,探讨互联网移动客户端在临床工作(患者宣教、医疗展示、业务学习、病患随访服务)的应用价值。方法:通过互联网建立医生工作站即终端信息平台,将医生、护士、患者移动设备终端(App)与工作站连接,将工作站编辑信息按自定义模块方式发送至移动终端。指导患者使用移动设备扫描二维码下载客户端App加入使用。结果:互联网移动客户端的建立方便了患者获取必要的医疗信息,为科室医护人员提供了宝贵的业务学习资源,在服务好患者的同时通过信息化的广泛传播,提升了科室的区域影响力。结论:互联网移动客户端的构建加速了科室的信息化进程,增进医患交流,提高了医务工作效率及医疗服务水平,具有较强的临床实用性。

Objective： The information department platform is constructed to meet the medical information needs of the public and to explore the application value of Internet mobile clients in clinical work（patient mission, medical presentation, business learning and patient follow-up services）. Methods： To establish the doctor workstation or information platform through the Internet, the doctors, nurses and patients of the mobile terminal equipment（App） and connected to a workstation. Workstation will edit the information according to the custom module sent to the mobile terminal. Guide patients to use mobile devices to scan two-dimensional code download client App and join cloud division room. Results： The establishment of Internet mobile client to facilitate the patients to obtain medical information necessary, provide a valuable resource for learning the business of medical care personnel in the service of patients at the same time through wide dissemination of information, but also enhance the regional influence of the department. Conclusion： The construction of Internet mobile client accelerates the informatization process of the Department, promotes the communication between doctors and patients, improves the medical work efficiency and medical service level, and has strong clinical practicability.
