基于骑行者的共享单车满意度模糊综合评价研究

共享单车作为一种健康、低碳、灵活的交通出行工具已在日常生活中迅速普及，但随着共享单车大幅度的投放又引发了各种问题。本文对南京市中心城区共享单车发展现状进行全面评估，并详细比较了共享单车与城市交通其他出行方式的利弊。运用模糊综合评价方法分析了共享单车使用者的特征、习惯等因素．在建立共享单车满意度评价指标体系的基础上得出人们对共享车辆在舒适性、经济性、安全性三大方面的满意度，并对共享单车普及带来的问题提出优化建议，为政府发展城市交通体系提供参考。

The use of the shared bicycle as a healthy, low carbon and flexible traffic tool is becoming more and more popular, yet the excessive input of shared vehicles to the road has caused various problems. The author made a comprehensive assessment of the status quo of shared bicycles in downtown area of Nanjing city and compared in detail the advantages and disadvantages of using shared bicycles and other transportation modes in urban area. Then the author used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the characteristics and habits of the users of shared bicycle. By establishing an evaluation index system of the satisfaction of the shared bicycle, the data from the comfort, economy and safety these three aspects were obtained. Finally, the author put forwarded some optimizing suggestions for the resolution of the problems brought by the shared bicycles for the relevant government agencies.
