四肢骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变螺旋CT三维影像图像质量控制及应用研究

The Quality Control and Clinical Study on Three-dimensional Imaging of Spiral CT in Bone Tumor and Tumor-like Conditions of Extremities

目的 探讨螺旋CT三维影像 (SSD和MPR)在四股骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变中的应用价值和技术要点。方法 研究 53例经手术病理证实的四肢骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变患者的螺旋CT横轴位及三维影像 ,统计重建图像质量优劣。结果 SSD图像质量优秀 41例 (77.4 % ) ,良好 8例 (1 5 .1 % ) ,较差 4例 (7.5 % ) ;MPR图像质量优秀 40例 (75 .5 % ) ,良好 9例 (1 7.0 % ) ,较差 4例 (7.5 % )。结论 螺旋CT横轴位结合SSD和MPR图像能提供肢体骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变非常有价值空间结构信息 ,其表现接近病理解剖 ,临床应用价值大 。

Objective To study the evaluation of three-dimensional imaging of spiral CT(SSD and MPR) in bone tumor and tumor-like conditions and its pertinent technique.Methods 53 cases of bone tumor and tumor-like conditions proved by surgery and pathology,SSD and MPR of spiral CT were studied prospectively.Recore the quality of the restruction image.Results Among 53 cases of SSD imaging,41 pictures were excellent(77.4%),8 good (15.1%) and 4 inferior(7.5%). On the other hand,among the 53 cases of MPR imaging,40 pictures were excellent(75.5%),9 good(17.0%) and 4 inferior(7.5%).Conclusions Transaxial imaging together with SSD and MPR can afford very valuable information about the bone tumor and tumor-like conditions of extremities,which agree well with that of pathological anatomy.Surgeon will benefit greatly from their usefulness as a method of choice in surgical intervention and planning.
