摘要 基于Jmatpro计算平台,以TC4钛合金成分的规律分布和随机分布的研究为例,建立了Ti-Al-V系成分与抗拉强度的预测模型,并将抗拉强度的预测结果与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:预测模型下TC4的抗拉强度与试验结果相差约9 MPa;将Ti-Al-V系钛合金中的TA18和TC3合金抗拉强度预测结果与已有报道文献的抗拉强度结果相比,预测结果与文献报道范围一致,这证明了预测模型的准确性。 Based on Jmatpro computing platform, the forecasting model of composition and tensile strength of Ti-Al-V alloys was established by taking the research of the composition of TC4 alloy with regular distribution and random distribution as example. The tensile strength obtained by predication model was compared with the test result. The results show that the discrepancy between forecasting model and experiment result of tensile strength of TC4 is less than about 9 MPa. The predication results of the tensile strength of TA18 and TC3 in Ti-Al-V alloys were compared with the tensile strength from reports, and the forecasting results are in accordance with the reports range, which can prove the accuracy of forecasting model.
