摘要 通过XRD、DSC和VSM研究了脉冲磁场预处理对(Fe74Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75)98Nb2非晶合金结构及磁性能的影响。结果表明:脉冲磁场预处理能增加形核质心,促进形核。随着接受磁场脉冲次数的增加,晶胚数量增多,晶化峰强度也有所增加。随着脉冲磁场处理次数的增加,晶粒细化,淬态样品平均晶粒尺寸为32.2 nm,磁场处理过后晶粒平均尺寸可达23.8 nm。经处理的样品晶化后析出Fe P4,晶化体积分数显著增大。该样品矫顽力明显降低,但随着脉冲次数的增加,矫顽力有增大的趋势。 The effects of pulse magnetic field pretreatment on the amorphous alloy structure and magnetic property of(Fe74Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75)98Nb2 were investigated by XRD, DSC and VSM analysis. The results show that the pulse magnetic field pretreatment can increase the nucleation center, which can promote nucleation. With the increase of the number of pulse of magnetic field, the quantity of embryos increases, the crystallization peak strength also increases. With the increase of the number of pulse magnetic field treatment, the grain is refined. The average grain size of the sample in quenched state is32.2 nm, and the average grain size is 23.8 nm after magnetic field treatment. The samples after crystallization generate Fe P4 phase and the volume fraction of crystallization significantly increases. The coercivity of the sample significantly decreases,but with the number of pulses increasing, the coercivity has the trend of increasing.
