摘要
通过表面机械研磨处理(SMAT),分析了SMAT处理对304奥氏体不锈钢渗氮的影响,并与未SMAT处理的304奥氏体不锈钢渗氮试样进行对比。通过光学显微镜、磨料磨损试验机和显微硬度仪对处理后的不锈钢表层的组织和性能进行研究。结果表明:表面纳米化处理后,渗氮层厚度为450μm,渗氮层硬度增加至412.5 HV,摩擦磨损性能得到显著提升。
By surface mechanical attrition treatment(SMAT), the effects of SMAT on the nitriding of 304 austenitic stainless steel were analyzed, and it was compared with 304 austenitic stainless nitriding samples without SMAT. The microstructure and properties of the treated stainless steel surface were studied by optical microscope, abrasive wear testing machine and microhardness tester. The results show that after surface nano treatment, the nitriding layer thickness is about 450μm, the hardness of the nitriding layer increases to 412.5 HV, and the friction and wear performance significantly improve.
