WC-Co涂层成分对破碎机齿板强度影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过大量的数据,分析了不同结构及不同含量的涂层对齿板强度的影响,以拟合出最优曲线,并进行了仿真分析。结果表明:涂层厚度对于表面的强化性能是非线性的,且存在最优解,表面材料在厚度到达一定程度的时候,无法强化表面;纳米WC-Co涂层的截面比普通WC-Co涂层的更加致密,WC与Co结合的较好,塑性形变的程度更小;Co含量的增加,涂层被软化,硬度降低,加剧齿板的形变。此外,随着Co含量的增高,热膨胀系数增大,涂层内应力变大,结合强度下降,更易产生形变和应力集中。 The influences of the coating with different structures and different contents on the strength of tooth plates were analyzed by large amounts of data, and finally the optimal curve was fited. The simulation analysis was carried out. The results show that the thickness of the coating on the surface hardening property is non-linear, and there exists optimal value;when the thickness grows to some extent, it cannot strengthen the surface; the section of nano WC-Co coating is denser than ordinary WC-Co coating, WC can combine well with Co, and the degree of the plastic deformation becomes smaller; when the content of Co increases, the coating becomes soft, and the hardness decreases and then,the tooth plates deform more easily.In addition, with the increase of Co contents, the thermal expansion coefficient increases, the inner stress of the coating increases, and the bonding strength decreases, which is likely to cause deformation and stress concentration.
