摘要
研究了退火热处理对6061合金显微组织、力学性能和导电率的影响。研究结果表明:提高均匀化退火温度,合金中的非平衡共晶相数量逐渐减少,且枝晶网状组织从连续状态转变为断续状。当均匀化退火温度升高至570℃时,合金中已经出现了一定数量的复熔球;提高均匀化退火温度,6061铝合金的显微硬度呈现先增加而后略降低的趋势,而电导率则呈现先降低而后略升高的特征。6061铝合金的强度和塑性都会随着退火温度提高而先增加而后降低,并在565℃时取得极大值。当均匀化退火温度为565℃时,6061铝合金可以取得良好的强度和塑性,且拉伸断口呈现出韧性断裂特征,可以作为6061铝合金适宜的均匀化退火温度。
The effect of homogenization annealing on the microstructure, mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the 6061 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that, with increasing homogenization annealing temperature, the number of non-equilibrium eutectic phases in the alloy decreases gradually, and the dendritic reticular structure changes from continuous state to discontinuous state. When the homogenization annealing temperature is raised to570 ℃, a certain number of remelting spheres appear in the alloy. Increasing the homogenizing temperature, the microhardness of the 6061 aluminum alloy increases first and then decreases, and the conductivity decreases first and then increases. The strength and plasticity of the 6061 aluminum alloy increase first and then decrease with the increase of annealing temperature, and the maximum value is obtained at 565 ℃. When the homogenization annealing temperature is 565℃, good strength and plasticity can be obtained for the alloy. The tensile fracture shows ductile fracture characteristics and can be used as the suitable homogenization annealing temperature for 6061 aluminum alloy.
