Study on the Theoretical Innovation of Xi Jin-ping’s Green Development Concept in the New Era

绿色发展理念旨在解决人和自然的和谐共生问题,是新时代建设美丽中国的行动指南,也为世界范围内解决生态环境问题提供了中国方案。本文从生产力和生产关系两个层面论证了绿色发展理念对马克思主义政治经济学的继承和发展,并提出习近平新时代的绿色发展理念是马克思主义政治经济学时代化和中国化的新成果,开拓了中国特色社会主义政治经济学发展的新境界。

The concept of green development aims to solve the problem of harmonious coexistence between human and na- ture. It is a guide to the construction of a beautiful China in the new era and also provides a Chinese plan for solving ecological and environmental problems worldwide. This paper demonstrates that the concept of green development inherits and develops Marxist political economy from the aspects of productivity and production relations, and proposes that Xi Jin-ping＇ s concept of green development in the new era is a new achievement in the modernization and Chinization of Marxist political economy. It has opened up a new realm for the development of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
