摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法测定香蕉中5-羟色胺、色氨酸和褪黑素的分析方法:香蕉样品经甲醇漩涡提取,采用多壁碳纳米材料(MWCNTs)分散固相萃取净化。5-羟色胺、色氨酸和褪黑素的分离采用C18色谱柱,以0.05 mol/L乙酸钠水溶液-甲醇为流动相。目标物质的线性范围为0.25~5mg/L,标准曲线相关系数均在0.99以上;平均加标回收率(n=6)为74.0%~110%,RSD≤3.99%。该方法简单快捷,重复性好,可用于香蕉中5-羟色胺、色氨酸和褪黑素的测定。 The objective of the study was to establish a method for the determination of serotonin, tryptophan and melatonin in bananas by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The methods of extraction, purification and detection for the three amines were optimized. The analytes in bananas were extracted by whirlpool mixer with methanol, purified with multi-walled carbon nanomaterials(MWCNTs), separated on a C18 column. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol and 0.05 mol/L sodium acetate. The linear range of the target material was 0.25-5 mg/L. The calibration curves of the analytes showed a good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficient was above 0.99. The average recoveries were in the range of 74.0%–110% with relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 3.99%(n=6). The method is simple, rapid and with good reproducibility and can be used in the determination of serotonin, tryptophan and melatonin in bananas.
