摘要
在低压大电流开关电源中,高频变压器与普通变压器相比不同。高频变压器的初级绕组是非正弦波,且频率要求较高,因此必须考虑铁芯材料在有高次谐波时的影响。高频变压器的重量、体积增大,变压器的初级绕组的尺寸增大,都是由于绕线的复杂性造成的。鉴于这些原因,给出了高频变压器的详细设计方法和相关的仿真分析。
In low-voltage high-current switching power supply, high-frequency transformer compared with ordinary transformer, there are some differences, high-frequency transformer primary winding is a sine wave, and frequency requirement is higher, therefore must consider higher harmonic influence on core material, in addition, the winding line is more complex, not only makes the primary winding size increases, also increased the volume and weight of the transformer. In this paper, the detailed design method of high-frequency transformer is given.
