摘要
在高压直流输电中电能之间的变换需要通过换流阀实现,此部件关系到系统能否稳定运行。从对换流阀的研究和应用来看,元器件发热的情况是较为常见的一种安全问题。在实际的建设中大部分直流系统更换换流阀的主要原因是发热造成设备烧毁,导致后台报警或者直流系统被直接闭锁。文章在换流阀中使用红外测温方式,对其日常的运行实施维护和科学管理,能够及时地发现存在的问题和隐患。
In HVDC transmission,the transformation between electric energy needs to be realized through converter valve,which is related to whether the system can run stably.From the research and application of converter valve,the heating of components is a common safety problem.In the actual construction,the main reason for replacing the converter valve in most DC systems is that the device is burned due to heat generation,resulting in background alarms or DC systems being directly locked.The article used infrared temperature measurement method in the converter valve to carry out its daily operation,maintenance and scientific management,and it can detect hidden problems and hidden dangers in time.
