摘要
介绍了国网山东省电力公司检修公司500 k V天衍变电站220 k V天明Ⅱ线气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备B相#7气室漏气处理情况,采用红外检测、超声波检测及特高频三种检测手段对漏气点进行判断,结合停电解体处理,得到了密封圈安装错位、盆式绝缘子裂纹是漏气原因的结论,并指出现场安装时的作业不规范是导致问题出现的主要原因。针对目前施工安装作业存在的隐患,建议安装过程中必须由GIS厂家全程参与现场安装指导监督。
Introduced the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Corporation Maintenance Company 500 k V Tian Yan substation 220 k V Tianming Ⅱ line GIS B phase # 7 air chamber leak situation. Using infrared detection, ultrasonic testing and ultrahigh frequency three detection methods to determine the leakage point, found that the seals were dislocated and the cracks in the pot insulator caused air leakage, the non-standard operation at the site installation is the main reason for the problem. Suggest GIS manufacturers need to participate in the entire installation process.
