摘要
以元宝枫、五角枫、三角枫、鸡爪槭、复叶槭5种槭属植物种子为材料,以无水乙醚为提取溶剂,采用索氏提取与GC-MS分析等方法研究了5种槭属植物的种实特性及其种子油的化学组成。结果表明:元宝枫、五角枫、三角枫、鸡爪槭、复叶槭种子的蛋白质质量分数依次为13.84%、12.81%、21.85%、26.17%、15.20%;含油率依次为43.86%、40.75%、30.56%、26.29%和17.04%,油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、花生一烯酸、神经酸和芥酸等脂肪酸为5种植物油的主要组成成分,其中,不饱和脂肪酸的质量分数较高(均在88%以上);维生素E的含量依次为66.72、67.94、36.07、70.28、44.87 mg/100 g,神经酸质量分数分别为4.49%、5.48%、6.21%、9.41%、4.30%。
With Acer truncatum, Acer mono maxim, Acer buergerianum miq, Acer palmatum and Acer negundo. five plants of the Acer seeds as the material, and the anhydrous diethyl ether as the extraction solvent, we adopted the methods of Soxhlet extraction and GC - MS analysis to study the five plants of the Acer real property and the chemical composition of the seed oil. The results indicated that the protein contents of Acer truncatum, Acer mono maxim, Acer buergerianum miq,Aeer palmatum and Acer negundo seeds were 13.84% ,12.81% ,21.85% ,26.17% and 15.20% respectively, and oil content were 43.86% ,40.75% , 30.56% , 26.29% and 17.04% , and the oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitie acid, arachidonie acid, erucie acid and nervonic acid are the five main components of vegetable oil, in which,the content of fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acid were higher (above 88% ) ;The content of vitamin E was 66.72,67.94,36.07,70.28 ,and 44.87 rag/100 g,and the nerve acid content was 4.49% ,5.48% ,6.21% ,9.41% and 4.30% , respectively.
