摘要
介绍了硫酸铵生产工艺流程和原理，全面总结了影响硫铵系统稳定运行的因素，通过分析制约硫铵质量、产量的因素，提出优化措施，参照硫酸铵国家质量技术标准，进行效果对比，得出适用于我厂硫铵系统的设备和工艺条件。
The process and principle of ammonium sulfate production were introduced. The factors affecting the stable operation of the ammonium sulfate system were comprehensively summarized. By analyzing the factors that restrict the quality and output of ammonium sulfate, the optimization measures were proposed, and the effects were compared with the ammonium sulfate national quality and technical standards. The equipment and process conditions applicable to our plant ammonium sulfate system.
