摘要
针对230tVD投产初期溢渣严重的现状,理论分析了溢渣的原因,分别从改善钢包净空、进站渣量、底吹流量、抽气过程真空度以及顶渣成分等方面提出控制VD溢渣的方案。最后,对调整渣系前后的抽真空过程溢渣情况作了对比。现场验证表明,调整后的渣系发泡情况较调整前有了明显改善,VD溢渣严重的情况得到有效控制。
For the situation of 230tVD slag overflows seriously at initial production, the reason is firstly be theoretically analyzed. Then the method of improving ladle clearance, initial top slag amount, bottom blowing flow, vacuum degree during vacuum process and top slag composition is proposed to control slag overflow. Finally, the overflow during vacuum process is compared before and after slag composition adjustment. Conclusion shows, composition adjustment significantly improved slag foaming, overflow of slag has been effectively controlled.
