摘要
润滑油中金属元素的检测可有效对设备的润滑状态及磨损故障进行诊断,判断润滑油是否失效,以达到预判设备检修和异常设备磨损事故的目的,从而指导现场维修。本试验探索了四种润滑油的预处理方法,即湿法消解法、湿法灰化法、干灰化法和定量滤纸燃烧灰化法,通过试验观察与分析发现,利用湿法灰化法和定量滤纸燃烧灰化法处理润滑油操作简单、安全,通过试验比对分析发现,利用湿法灰化法测定后结果的平均值的标准偏差在0.2%-0.94%之间,加标后的平均回收率在92%-96%之间。因此,利用湿法灰化法适用于检测润滑油中锌、铅、铬、铝、铜、钙、铁、镁等金属元素的含量。
The detection of metal elements in lubricating oil can effectively to equipment state of lubrication and wear fault diagnosis, failure, whether oil anticipation equipment in order to achieve the purpose of the maintenance and abnormal wear equipment accidents, so as to guide the on-site maintenance. This experiment explored four kinds of lubricating oil pretreatment method, namely the wet digestion method, wet ashing method, dry ashing method and quantitative filter paper burning ashing method, through the observation and analysis, found that use of wet ashing method and quantitative filter paper burning ashing method processing lubricants operation is simple, safe, and through the comparative analysis, found that use of wet ashing method for determining the standard deviation of the average of the results after between 0.2% and 0.94%, standard addition after the average recovery is between 92% and 96%. Therefore, it is applicable to detect the content of zinc, lead, chromium, aluminum, copper, calcium, iron, magnesium and other metal elements in lubricating oil.
