填海区输气站场的安全隐患及对策

摘要 由于受地方规划的制约。部分输送天然气的站场只能建在填海地上。填海造地往往时间不长,地面稳定性能较差,站场建成后,经常出现地面继续沉降且沉降速度不一致的情况,站内设备设施发生不均匀沉降,管道应力集中,导致法兰面、焊缝等部位发生形变并导致天然气泄漏.严重威胁天然气管道的安全运行。本文介绍位于填海区的输气站场,在投入运行后出现的一系列安全隐患,采取评估、观测、地面开挖、应力释放等整改对策.有效消除隐患,使设备设施和工艺管道恢复到安全状态。最后。提出位于填海区的输气站场应提前采取的安全对策。 Due to local planning constraints, some gas stations can only be built on reclaimed land. Reclamation often time is not long, the ground stability is poor, after the completion of the station, often continue to subsidence and settlement speed is not consistent, uneven settlement of equipment and facilities in the station, pipeline stress concentration, lead to flange surface, weld deformation and lead to natural gas leakage, a serious threat to the safe operation of natural gas pipeline. This paper introduces a series of potential safety hazards in the gas transmission station located in the reclamation area, which appear after putting into operation.measures such as assessment, observation, ground excavation and stress release are taken to effectively eliminate the potential hazards and restore the equipment, facilities and process pipelines to a safe state. Finally, the safety measures should be taken in advance for the gas transmission station located in the reclamation area.
