医护一体化护理模式对肱骨大结节撕脱骨折患者术后的影响

The effect of integrated medical and nursing care on the patients with avulsion fracture of large tuberosity of the humerus

目的探讨医护一体化护理模式对肱骨大结节撕脱骨折患者术后的影响。方法选取2016年8月~2017年8月本院收治的40例肱骨大结节撕脱骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组应用医护一体化的护理模式实施护理,对比2组肩关节功能(Neer)评分、生活质量(QOL)评分、护理满意度评分的变化。结果干预1个月后,Neer评分比较:观察组疼痛、功能、活动度、解剖位置评分及其总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);QOL评分比较:观察组除宗教信仰外,心理状态、生理功能、独立性、社会关系及环境的评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肱骨大结节撕脱骨折患者实施医护一体化护理模式,可有效促进肩关节功能的恢复,提升术后患者的生存质量及护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of the integrated nursing mode on the patients with the avulsion fracture of the large tuberosity of the humerus. Methods The greater tuberosity of humerus from August 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital were avulsion fi＇acture of 40 pa- tients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 20 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing care,observation group nursing model in the application of medical integration nursing, compared two groups of shoulder joint function （Neer） ,quality of life score （QOL） changes score,nursing satisfaction score. Results （ 1 ） After 1 months＇ intervention,the scores of pain, function,activity,anatomic position and total score in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group （ Neer 〈 0.05 ）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. （2）Compared with the QOL score,the scdres of psychological state,physiological functlon,independence, social relations and enviromnent in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group except for religious belief, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （3） Compared with the nursing satisfaction score, the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with avulsion fracture of the greater tuberosity of the humerus, the integrated nursing care mode can effectively promote the recovery of shoulder function, improve the quality of life and improve the satisfaction of＇ patients after operation, which is worthy of clinical application.
