无锡市考驾车执照人员中单眼视力障碍者特点分析

Analysis on characteristic of people with monocular visual impairment for driver＇s license examination in Wuxi City

目的分析无锡市考驾车执照人员中单眼视力障碍者的特点。方法2016年3月至2017年6月在无锡市考驾照人员中单眼视力障碍293例的临床资料。结果293例中男性明显多于女性，男：女=3．58：1；年龄18～73岁，平均（33．51±9．70）岁。右眼：左眼=1：1．36。单眼视力障碍的主要原因是眼外伤（50．17％）和弱视（36．51％），其他原因有：先天性疾病、白内障、青光眼、散光及视网膜母细胞瘤。293例单眼视力障碍参加眼科检查，合格261例（89．08％）。所从事的职业中主要是：体力劳动116例（39．59％），社会服务性行业96例（32．77％），职员和教师42例（14．33％），自由职业15例（5．12％），学生11例（3．75％）及无业、待业者13例（4．44％）。结论眼外伤和弱视是无锡市考驾照人员中单眼视力障碍者的主要病因。

Objective To analyse the clinical features of people with monocular visual impairment for driver＇ s license examination in Wuxi City. Methods The data of 293 cases of monocular visual impairment for driver＇s license examination in Wuxi from Mar. 2016 to Jun. 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The ratio of male to female was 3.58： 1. The age were 18-73 years, average （33.51 ±9.70）years. The ratio of right eye to left eye was 1： 1.36. The main cause of monocular visual impairment were ocular trauma (50. 17%) and amblyopia (36.51%). Other causes included congenital disease,cataract, glaucoma, astigmatism and retinoblastoma. There were 261 cases passed the eye test （89.08%）. The main occupations of 293 cases were manual labor in 116 cases （39.59%） , social service industries in 96 cases （32.77%）, staff and teacher in 42 cases (14.33%), freelance workers in 15 cases （5.12%） , students in 11 cases （3.75%） and unemployed persons in 13 cases （4.44%）. Conclusion Ocular trauma and amblyopia are the main causes for people with monocular visual impairment for driver＇ s license examination in Wuxi City.
