三亚市某高校学生生殖健康知识和性态度调查研究

Research on the survey of reproductive health knowledge and sexual attitudes among undergraduates in Sanya

目的了解三亚市某高校大学生生殖健康知识和相关性态度现况,为大学生生殖健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用不记名问卷方式,对三亚市某高校779名在校大学生性与生殖相关知识、态度现况进行调查。结果生殖健康基本知识得分41.66±11.81,女生得分高于男生(t=-5.159,P<0.001)、高年级得分高于低年级(F=7.791,P<0.001);32.5%的学生不赞成"性解放"观念,24.1%学生反对未婚同居;93.7%的学生认为需要了解性知识,22.3%的学生对学校开展的性教育满意。结论三亚市某高校学生生殖健康知识知晓率低,性态度较开放,对性教育有需求,应加强性教育工作,引导学生树立正确的性观念。

Objective To understand the reproductive health knowledge, sexual attitudes and sex education among undergraduates in Sanya City, and to provide scientific evidence for targeted health education.Methods Anonymous questionnaires were conducted on 779 undergraduates in a university in Sanya. Results Averagescore of reproductive health knowledge was 41.66±11.81, with female higher than male（t=-5.159, P〈0.001）, higher grades with higher score（F =7.791, P 0.001）. 32.5 % of the students disagreed with the concept of ＂sexual liberation＂, 24.1 % of students objected to unmarried cohabitation; 93.7 % of the students considered it＇s necessary to understand sexual knowledge,22.3 % of the students were satisfied with sexual education in school. Conclusions Reproductive health knowledge awareness is low, sexual attitude is more open, sexual education is needed among undergraduates in Sanya City. It＇s necessary to strengthen the sexual education and guide students to establish the correct sexual concept.
