395例患者抗肿瘤辅助用中成药康艾注射液应用分析

Analysis on Application of Antineoplastic Adjuvant Drugs of Kang 'ai Injection in 395 Patients

目的:了解上海市浦东新区光明中医医院(以下简称"我院")抗肿瘤辅助用中成药康艾注射液的临床应用情况,为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法:抽取我院2017年使用康艾注射液的356例住院患者病历及39例门诊患者处方,采用Excel软件对患者的性别、年龄、疾病诊断、用药剂量、所选溶剂(包括使用剂量)及用药疗程等数据进行统计分析。结果:395例使用康艾注射液的患者中,男性多于女性;平均年龄为70岁;258例患者(占65.32%)的疾病诊断与康艾注射液药品说明书中的适应证相符;345例患者(占87.34%)单次用药剂量与药品说明书相符;所有患者的用药疗程、溶剂种类均符合药品说明书推荐;无药品不良反应发生。结论:我院康艾注射液的临床使用中存在超适应证用药、单次剂量过小等问题。临床药师联合医务科等相关部门应进一步加强对抗肿瘤辅助用中成药康艾注射液等中药注射剂的合理应用监管,加强处方及医嘱点评,共同促进临床合理用药。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the clinical application of antineoplastic adjuvant dings of kang＇ ai injection in Guangming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shanghai Pudong New Area（ hereinafter refen＇ed to as ＂our hospital＂ ） , so as to provide references for clinical rational drug application. METHODS ： Cases history of＂ 356 inpatients and prescriptions of 39 outpatients with application of Kang＇ ai injection in our hospital in 2017 were extracted, Excel was adopted to collect and analyze the data of patients＇ genders, ages, diagnoses, administration doses, applied solvents（ including dosages） and treatment courses. RESULTS ： Of the 395 patients applied with Kang＇ ai injection, the number of male was more than that of female; with average age of 70; 258 patients（65.32% ）were diagnosed to be conformed to the dispensatory of Kang＇ ai injection; 345 patients（87.34% ）were given bolus dose that conformed to the dispensatory; all patients were given treatment courses and solvents selection that conformed to the dispensatory; no adverse drug reactions occurred. CONCLUSIONS： Problems of overindication and insufficient bolus dose still exist in clinical application of Kang＇ ai injection in our hospital. Clinical pharmacists should further reinforce the rational application and monitoring on antineoplastic adjuvant drugs of kang＇ ai injection together with department of medical service and other departments, so as to enhance prescription and medical order review, and improve clinical rational drug application.
