JCI与HIMSS-EMRAM-6级双重标准下的医院药学管理

Quality Management on Hospital Pharmacy Based on Dual Administration of JCI and HIMSS-EMRAM-6 Standards

目的:探讨美国医疗机构评审国际联合委员会(joint commission international,JCI)与美国医疗信息与管理系统协会(healthcare information and management system society,HIMSS)电子病历应用模型(electronic medical record adoption model,EMRAM)双重标准下医院的药学管理。方法:复旦大学附属儿科医院(以下简称"我院")通过参与JCI和HIMSS-EMRAM国际标准评审,规范医院药学服务制度,促进合理用药。结果:我院于2014年8月通过JCI第5版认证,于2016年11月通过HIMSS-EMRAM-6级评审,2017年12月通过JCI第6版评审,建立了规范的药学管理制度,实现了药品闭环信息化管理。结论:JCI标准是国际先进医疗机构评审标准,医院可以依据JCI标准建立标准化药学管理制度,促进医院患者用药安全及医疗质量的持续改进。HIMSSEMRAM评审标准是国际上对医院整体信息化建设水平的评价体系之一,是将已经制定JCI标准的医院规章制度和诊疗流程通过信息化手段固化的过程,是实现安全质量目标的最有效措施。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the pharmaceutical management on hospitals based on JCI and HIMSS- EMRAM. METHODS： Through particpating in the international standards review of JCI and HIMSS-EMRAM, Children＇s Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University （hereinafter referred to as ＂ our hospital＂）had standardized pharmaceutical service system to promote rational drug application. RESULTS： Our hospital had been certificated with the fifth version of JCI in Aug. 2014, and passed the qualification evaluation of HIMSS-EMRAM-6 in Nov. 2016 as well as the sixth version of JCI in Dec. 2017, so that we had established standard pharmaceutical management system and achieved closed-loop information management. CONCLUSIONS： JCI standards are international advanced accreditation standards of medical institutions, which can be set as the basis of standardizing pharmaceutical management system, so as to promote the continuous improvement of medication safety and quality of medical care. The HIMSS-EMRAM standards are one of the most important international evaluation systems on hospital overall information construction, which can stabilize hospital rules and regulations and treatment process that formulated in accordance with JCI standard, which is also the most effective measure to achieve the goal of quality safe.
