氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压病合并冠心病的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Amlodipine Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年6月至2017年8月湖北省直属机关医院收治的高血压病合并冠心病患者158例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组79例。观察组患者给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组患者给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、血压水平、颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、心绞痛发作频率及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为97.47%(77/79),明显高于对照组的83.54%(66/79),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者舒张压、收缩压分别为(75.27±3.23)、(124.65±4.58)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa),明显低于对照组的(85.62±4.95)、(135.35±5.20)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者IMT、每周心绞痛发作频率分别为(1.05±0.15)mm、(3.25±1.35)次,明显少于对照组的(1.32±0.20)mm、(5.45±1.40)次,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为7.59%(6/79)、6.33%(5/79),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压病合并冠心病的疗效显著,可有效减少心绞痛发作频率,降低血压水平,且安全性较高。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. METHODS： 158 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease admitted into Institution Hospital Subordinate to Hubei Province from Jun. 2016 to Aug. 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 79 cases in each. The observation group was treated with Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets,while the control group was given Amlodipine besylate tablets. Clinical efficacy,blood pressure,carotid artery intima-media thickness（ IMT）,seizure frequencies of angina pectoris and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 97. 47%（ 77/79）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 83. 54%,66/79）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of observation group were respectively（ 75. 27 ± 3. 23） mm Hg and（ 124. 65 ± 4. 58） mm Hg（ 1 mm Hg =0. 133 k Pa）,which was significantly lower than those of the control group [（ 85. 62 ± 4. 95） mm Hg and（ 135. 35 ±5. 20） mm Hg],with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,the IMT and seizure frequency of angina pectoris of observation group were respectively（ 1. 05 ± 0. 15） mm and（ 3. 25 ± 1. 35） times,which were significantly less than those of the control group [（ 1. 32 ± 0. 20） mm and（ 5. 45 ± 1. 40） times],with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; the incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 7. 59%（ 6/79） and 6. 33%（ 5/79）,the difference had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease is remarkable,which can significantly reduce the seizure frequency of angina pectoris and blood pressure levels,with high safety.
