阿托伐他汀对高尿酸血症合并血脂异常患者尿酸及血脂水平的影响

Effects of Atorvastatin on Uric Acid and Serum Lipid Levels in Patients with Hyperuricemia Complicated with Dyslipidemia

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对高尿酸血症合并血脂异常患者尿酸及血脂水平的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年7月中国人民武装警察部队学院医院收治的高尿酸血症合并血脂异常患者82例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。观察组患者给予阿托伐他汀钙片,对照组患者给予辛伐他汀片;两组患者均于晚间睡前服药,连续治疗8周。对比观察两组患者治疗前后尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平和不良反应发生情况的差异。结果:治疗后,观察组患者UA、TC、TG及LDL-C水平明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者HDL-C水平与治疗前及对照组治疗后的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为7.32%(3/41)、9.76%(4/41),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀用于高尿酸血症合并血脂异常患者,可改善血脂异常,降低尿酸水平,且短期安全性良好。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effects of atorvastatin on uric acid and serum lipid levels in patients with hyperuricemia complicated with dyslipidemia. METHODS： 82 patients with hyperuricemia complicated with dyslipidemia admitted into Hospital of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Forces Academy from Jul. 2016 to Jul. 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 41 cases in each.The observation group was treated with Atorvastatin calcium tablets,while the control group was given Simvastatin tablets; patients were administrated at night before sleep, both groups received 8-week continuous treatment.Differences in uric acid（ UA）,total cholesterol（ TC）,triacylglycerol（ TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C） and incidences of adverse drug reactions between two groups were observed and compared. RESULTS： After treatment,the UA,TC,TG and LDL-C levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of before treatment and those of the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; there was no statistical significance in differences of HDL-C levels between two groups,neither between before and after treatment（ P〉0. 05）; the incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 7. 32%（ 3/41） and 9. 76%（ 4/41）,the difference had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Atorvastatin in treatment of hyperuricemia complicated with dyslipidemia can significantly improve dyslipidemia and reduce uric acid level,with well short-term safety.
