2014—2017年北京市普仁医院抗糖尿病药应用分析

Analysis on Application of Antidiabetic Drugs in Beijing Puren Hospital During 2014-2017

目的:了解北京市普仁医院(以下简称"我院")抗糖尿病药物应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2014—2017年我院抗糖尿病药的品种、销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、限定日费用等进行统计分析。结果:2014—2017年我院抗糖尿病药的销售金额分别为17 229 136.10、18 979 759.00、18 453 212.00和155 546 84.73元,2015年较2014年增长10.16%,2016年较2015年下降2.77%,2017年较2016年下降15.70%,已由增长型逐渐转变为稳定型;4年来,口服抗糖尿病药的销售金额占比均>76%,明显高于胰岛素及其类似物;销售金额、DDDs排序居前10位的抗糖尿病药品种基本稳定,连续4年销售金额排序居前3位的药品分别为阿卡波糖片、盐酸二甲双胍片(500 mg)和甘精胰岛素注射液;选用双胍类药物治疗的倾向性逐渐增强,自2015年起盐酸二甲双胍片(500 mg)的DDDs排序开始超过阿卡波糖片,跃居第1位;速效胰岛素的使用量也大大增加。结论:我院抗糖尿病药的使用基本合理,可满足临床治疗需要。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of antidiabetic drugs in Beijing Puren Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the rational drug application in clinic.METHODS： Statistical analysis was conducted on categories,consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs）and defined daily cost（ DDC）,etc. RESULTS： During 2014-2017,the consumption sum of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital were respectively 17 229 136. 10、18 979 759. 00、18 453 212. 00 and 155 546 84. 73 yuan; the consumption sum of 2015 increased by 10. 16% compared with 2014,and the consumption sum of 2016 decreased by 2. 77%compared with 2015,the consumption sum of 2017 decreased by 15. 70% compared with 2016,which had been transformed from a growth model to a stable one. For four years,the ratio of consumption sum of oral antidiabetic drugs were 76%,significantly higher than insulin and its analogues. The top 10 categories of antidiabetic drugs ranked by consumption sum and DDDs were stable,the top 3 drugs ranked by consumption sum for 4 years were respectively Acarbose tablets,Metformin hydrochloride tablets（ 500 mg） and insulin glargine injections. The preference for biguanide was gradually increased. Since 2015,the DDDs of Metformin hydrochloride tablets（ 500 mg） had started to surpass the Acarbose tablets and dominated the 1 st place; and the amount of fast-acting insulin had increased significantly in recent years. CONCLUSIONS： The application of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital was basically rational,which can meet the needs of clinical treatment.
