摘要 为了有效提高乳化沥青的稳定性能,利用Pickering乳化机理将纳米SiO_2固体颗粒运用到制备乳化沥青,进行新型纳米SiO_2乳化沥青的制备参数研究。首先采用单因素研究手段对不同参数下的乳化效果和分层稳定性进行观察,并用储存稳定性和筛上剩余量这两个常规指标对乳化沥青的初步检测,从而分析纳米SiO_2乳化沥青的制备参数包括乳化温度(沥青温度、乳化剂温度、室温)、p H值、盐浓度对乳化效果的影响,最后确定了纳米SiO_2乳化沥青的制备参数,为纳米SiO_2乳化沥青性能及机理的研究打下理论基础。 In order to improve the performance of emu-lsified asphalt,the use of Pickering emulsion mechanism utilizing nano SiO2 solid particles in the preparation of emulsified asphalt is introduced,which provides a new direction to study the preparation param-eter of new type nano SiO2 emulsified asphalt. First,using single factor research method,it is made to observe the emulsification effect and stratification stability and ana-lyze the storage stability and the residual quantity under different param-eters,so as to analyze the preparation of nano SiO2 emu-lsified asphalt parameters including emu-lsifying temperature(asphalt temperature,emulsifier temperature,indoor temperature),p H and salt con-centration on emulsification effect,finally,the preparation parameters of nano SiO2 emulsified asphalt are determined,and the study on the peformance and mechanism of nano SiO2 pickering emulsified asphalt is based on it.
