摘要
机械产品具有良好可靠性指标是我国机械产品能在国际市场具有竞争力的重要保证,将模糊数学与可靠性理论相结合是更为贴近解决机械产品可靠性问题的关键,通过介绍机械产品的可靠性问题引入模糊可靠性概念,并将常规可靠性理论的应力强度干涉模型的核心内容转化为模糊可靠性应力强度干涉模型,利用工程实例写出隶属函数,为实际生产中的机械可靠性问题奠定理论基础。
It is a guarantee for machinery product in international market to own the reliable index. And combination of blurry mathematics with reliability is the key to approach machinery reliability. The paper introduces the concept of blurry mathematics, and transforms the kernel content of interfere model of the stress strength for common reliability theory into the interfere model of stress strength for blurry reliability. It is important to get the subordination function by using engineering practice, and to establish the theory foundation of machinery reliability by practical production.
