摘要 本文针对传统手工方式效率低、安全性差、而且难于跟踪管理的缺点,基于结构化信息系统设计方法和工作流相关理论,设计并实现了企业协同办公系统,包括确定系统总体目标,明确系统的功能结构,梳理企业的业务流程,并基于J2EE平台,以oracle为数据库,实现了B/S模式的协同办公系统。该企业协同办公系统提高了企业的信息化水平,规范了办公流程,提高了工作效率。 In order to overcome the shortcomings(e.g., low efficiency, poor security and difficulty for tracking management) of traditional manual methods for collaborative work, this paper designed and implemented a collaborative office system based on structured information design method and workflow related theory. The major works include determining the overall objectives of the system, clarifying the functional structure of the system, and sorting out the business process of the enterprise. This collaborative office system is implemented using J2 EE platform, oracle as database, and the B/S scheme. It improves the information level of the enterprise, standardizes the office process and improves the work efficiency.
