Exploration and Application of Enterprise Archives Management Mode——Take the China Souther Grid Corp as an Example

本文以南方电网公司为案例,介绍了南方电网公司档案管理体系及管理模式的研究背景、研究目标和研究成果。本研究课题主要分析了南方电网档案管理的现状、问题和发展目标,提出了建立馆藏体系、信息化支撑体系等六位一体的集团公司档案管理体系建设方案及公司档案馆建设方案。

Taking southern Power Grid Corp as a case, this paper introduces the research background, research objectives and research results of the archives management system and management mode of southern Power Grid Corp. This research topic mainly analyzes the status, problems and development goals of the file management of the southern power grid, and puts forward the construction scheme of the file management system of the group company and the construction plan of the company archives, which are six in one of the collection system and the information support system.
