Electronic file filing is a current and difficult topic within the current enterprise archives work. Based on the characteristics and formation rules of electronic filing,the paper summarizes five methods of electronic filing and analyzes the technical conditions of its realization,pointing out the developing trend of electronic document filing to provide a scientific and rational choice for enterprises to archive electronic documents.
