摘要 目的探讨工作坊在口腔医院护士科研能力培训中的应用模式及效果。方法选取32名口腔医院护士,组成护理科研工作坊。遵循工作坊实施步骤,从3个阶段落实活动计划,开展渐进性科研能力主题培训。培训前对护士进行问卷调查,并收集其论文撰写和发表的情况进行数据统计。结果护士参与科研工作坊后科研能力自评得分提高了(P<0.01),培训后论文撰写和发表数量增多。结论工作坊培训模式提高了我院护理科研培训效果,开拓了护士科研思维,增强了其科研自主性和实践能力。 Objective To explore the effects of workshop in the training of nurses' scientific research ability in a stomatological hospital. Methods Purposive sampling was used to select 32 nurses with bachelor degree. Their scientific research ability and influencing factors were investigated through the questionnaire. The nurses were grouped together to form different workshops. Training on the research abilities were conducted progressively through activity improvement and plan adjustment. After the training,nurses' research abilities were assessed again. Besides,publications were also collected among the nurses. Results The score of nurses' research abilities were significantly improved after the workshops (P〈0.01). The number of publications also increased. Conclusion The workshops improve the effect of research ability training. It broadens the width of nurses' mind and increases their research autonomy and practical ability. The number of publications increases greatly after the training.
