助产士门诊应用手机辅助健康教育的效果评价 被引量:5

The effects of prenatal patient education assisted by mobile phones among primiparas in a outpatient setting

摘要 目的探讨通过手机新媒体辅助助产士门诊对第1胎孕妇进行健康教育的效果。方法选择2016年3月一2016年8月在广州市某区妇幼保健院产科建卡并按时产检的360例第1胎孕妇。随机分为接受常规产检的空白对照组、常规产检基础上参加助产士门诊的条件对照组和在条件对照组基础上参与手机新媒体为载体的干预组,每组各120例,对比干预前后3组之间孕妇孕产期保健知识的掌握情况及自然分娩意愿是否有差异。助产士在门诊采用视频、模具、现场参观、现场指导等方法,与孕妇进行面对面的沟通和交流,并根据孕周以手机新媒体为载体,每周为干预组孕妇推送围产期保健知识,并在线对孕妇的疑问适时进行解答。结果干预前,3组孕妇孕产期保健知识得分分别为空白对照组(5.18±2.02)分、条件对照组(5.06±2.15)分、干预组(5.20±2.24)分,差异无统计学意义(F=0.15,P=0.86);经过2个月的干预后,空白对照组孕妇得分为(5.23±1.69)分、条件对照组(6.96±1.34)分、干预组(7.93±1.46)分,差异有统计学意义(F=103.83,P<0.001)。3组孕妇自愿选择自然分娩方式的比率分别为空白对照组为58.7%,条件对照组为68.9%,干预组为82.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论手机新媒体辅助助产士门诊开展健康教育,有助于提升第1胎孕妇孕产期保健知识水平,提高其自然分娩意愿。 Objective To explore the effects of new media of mobile phones assisting prenatal patient education in a outpatient setting. Methods A random controlled study including 360 primiparas was conducted from March to August 2016 in a maternal and child health hospital in Guangzhou. The primiaras were randomly allocated into the blank control group with routine health education model,the conditional control group with midwifery clinic education model and the interventional group with midwifery clinic plus new media education model. There were 120 cases in each group. Outcomes included primiparas' maternal health knowledge level and the rate of natural labor. Midwives provided prenatal education for primiparas through educational video,demonstration,simulation and face-toface consultation. Primiparas were also provided online education and Q&A weekly by midwives through mobile phones according to their pregnancy weeks. Results Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference regarding the maternal health care knowledge level of three groups (F=0.15,P=0.86). Scores of maternal health knowledge survey were 5.18±2.02 of the blank control group,5.06±2.15 of the conditional control group,and 5.20±2.24 of the interventional group. After about 2 months' intervention,the maternal health knowledge level of three groups was significantly different (F=103.83 ,P〈0.001). Scores of maternal health knowledge survey were 5.23±1.69 of the blank control group, 6.96±1.34 of the conditional control group, and 7.93±1.46 of the interventional group. The rates of choosing natural labor were 58.7% in blank control group,68.9% in conditional control group and 82.3% in control group,with significantly different (P〈0.001). Conclusion The new media assisted prenatal patient education maybe helpful to improve the maternal health knowledge level and the rate of natural labor among primiparas.
