核电站大直径厚壁对接环焊缝射线检测灵敏度的影响因素

Sensitivity Influencing Factors of Radiographic Inspection of Large Diameter Thick-Walled Butt Girth Welding Seam in Nuclear Power Plant

摘要 针对核电站大直径厚壁环焊缝射线检测灵敏度下降的问题,以核电站主管道为试验对象,对缺陷自身高度、缺陷宽度、射线源焦点尺寸、缺陷深度、射线源角度和射线源位置等主要影响因素进行重点分析,通过CIVA软件的模拟,以及带缺陷试块的透照试验,得出了影响射线检测灵敏度的几个重要因素。 Due to the sensitivity of the X-ray inspection decreased in thick-walled workpiece inspection,the main pipeline of nuclear power plant was used as the research object,and the major influencing factors of the height and width of the defect,the X-ray focus size,defect depth,and the angle and position of X-ray source were analyzed.Through the software CIVA simulation and radiography of test block,several important factors affecting the sensitivity of radiographic inspection were shown.
