摘要
类枯草杆菌蛋白酶(subtilisin-like proteases,Subtilases)是一类在植物发育和信号级联中实现高度特异性功能的丝氨酸蛋白酶。相关研究表明,几种类枯草杆菌蛋白酶在病原物侵染后被特异性诱导并参与寄主细胞程序性死亡,同时能够在病原物识别和信号转导级联反应中发挥重要功能,但是对其参与植物-病原物互作的具体机理的了解仍然非常有限。本综述对已经成功解析功能的类枯草杆菌蛋白酶相关信息进行整合,概述了其分布、结构、功能等信息,重点突出了其在植物和病原物互作中的作用,旨在为深入理解植物对病原物的防御机制和作物抗病育种提供指导。
Subtilisin-like proteases(subtilases) are a kind of serine proteases that fulfill highly specific functions in plant development and signaling cascades. Related studies have shown that several species of subtilases are specifically induced and contribute to the programmed cell death of plant host after pathogen infection.Simultaneously, they play a pivotal role in pathogen recognition and signal cascade. However, the understanding of its specific mechanisms involved in the interaction of plant pathogens is still very limited. In this article, we integrated the information about the subtilases that had been successfully characterized, and overviewed its information about distribution, structure, function and so on. Importantly, the role of subtilases play in plant and pathogen interaction was emphasized, which would provide guidance for further understanding of plant defense mechanisms and crop disease resistance breeding.
