扶正化瘀法联合西医疗法治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效观察

Clinical effect of Fuzheng Huayu method combined with western medicine therapy in adenomyosis patients

目的探讨扶正化瘀法联合西医疗法治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效及对患者痛经程度的影响。方法选取2015年7月至2017年7月收治的子宫腺肌病患者82例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各41例。对照组行常规西医治疗(米非司酮片及布洛芬缓释胶囊),观察组在对照组基础上,应用中医扶正化瘀法治疗(内异消癥汤及针刺治疗)。两组均行B超检查观察子宫体积变化,以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价痛经程度变化,计算两组总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为95.12%,对照组为80.49%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后子宫体积明显较对照组小,VAS较对照组低,且两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间不良反应发生率,观察组为9.76%,对照组为14.63%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论扶正化瘀法联合西医疗法治疗子宫腺肌病,具有确切的疗效,能明显改善患者痛经症状,且具有较高安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the Fuzheng Huayu method combined with western medicine therapy in the treatment of adenomyosis and the effect on the degree of dysmenorrhea. Methods A total of 82 patients with adenomyosis from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group at 41 cases each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine therapy（mifepristone tablets and ibuprofen sustained-release capsules）. The observation group was additionally treated with the Fuzheng Huayu method（Neiyi Xiaozheng decoction and acupuncture treatment）on the basis of the control group. The uterine volume was observed by B ultrasonography, the dysmenorrhea degree was evaluated by the visual analogue score（VAS）, and the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in both two groups were calculated. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 95.12%, which was higher than that in control group（80.49%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The uterine volume and the VAS after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions during treatment was 9.76% in observation group and 14.63% in control group respectively, which was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu method combined with western medicine therapy in the treatment of adenomyosis can achieve satisfactory results, and it can significantly improve dysmenorrhea symptoms in patients with high safety.
