对外伤性踝关节骨折患者进行手术治疗的效果研究

Effect of surgery treatment for the patients with traumatic ankle fracture

目的 :探讨对外伤性踝关节骨折患者进行手术治疗的效果。方法 :选取2015年1月至2017年1月期间成都航天医院收治的78例外伤性踝关节骨折患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分成对照组和试验组,每组各39例患者。对对照组患者进行常规的保守治疗,对试验组患者根据其具体情况对其进行相应的手术治疗。然后对比两组患者治疗的效果、骨折愈合的时间、住院的时间和术毕至可负重的时间。结果 :试验组患者治疗的优良率(92.31%)高于对照组患者治疗的优良率(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者骨折愈合的时间、住院的时间、术毕至可负重的时间均短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 :对外伤性踝关节骨折患者进行手术治疗的效果显著。

objective： to explore the effect of surgical treatment on patients with traumatic ankle fractures. Methods： 78 patients with traumatic ankle fractures treated in chengdu space hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a trial group, with 39 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional conservative treatment, and the patients were treated according to their specific conditions. Then compare the effects of treatment with two groups of patients, the time of fracture healing, the time of hospitalization, and the time to load up. Results： the superior rate（92.31%） in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（76.92%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The time of fracture healing in the experimental group, the time of hospitalization, and the time to be able to carry weight were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the effect of surgical treatment on patients with traumatic ankle fractures is significant.
